Build the property brief

Plan the property moment before the sign.

Choose the organisation, sign role and installation or project context. Then add the target date, real viewing distance and usable width before deciding style, quantity or scale.

The date provides planning context; a feasible delivery plan is confirmed only after project review.

Property-journey planning

Property branding changes from street to sales suite.

A brokerage storefront, developer sales wall, model-unit feature and handover moment serve different viewers, lifespans, distances, glass conditions and project phases.

Real estate agency or brokerage · Storefront or arrival identity · Finished interior wall

Separate the street-facing identity, client reception view and internal workplace needs so one office wall is not asked to solve every brand role. Plan from the real pedestrian or visitor approach, then account for glass, daylight, reflections, doors, architecture and any exterior exposure before choosing size. Plan the backing, fixing points, cable direction, controller access and visual centre from the wall construction, furniture and visitor route.

Organization & property priorities

  • Client route from storefront to consultation
  • Agency, team and franchise brand hierarchy
  • Opening, refit or campaign date

Visitor-moment responsibilities

  • Day and evening approach viewpoints
  • Glass, façade, doorway and sightline context
  • Primary identity versus listing or campaign information

Installation & project constraints

  • Wall material, colour and dimensions
  • Nearest power point and cable direction
  • Drilling permission and service access

Take the brief with you

Copy the summary and paste it into the project notes when you upload the artwork.

This builder provides planning guidance only. Final artwork adaptation, dimensions, visibility, construction, mounting, electrical placement, property permissions, pricing and timing are confirmed after the real site has been reviewed. Decorative LED neon does not replace required address, room identification, accessibility, wayfinding, fire, safety, emergency, egress or statutory signage.

Choose the correct project route

Choose how to create your property sign.

Start where the decisions actually belong instead of forcing brand-critical property work through a generic text configurator.

02

Best for a simple indoor phrase

Create a short approved message

Use the online designer for a straightforward indoor phrase when standard fonts and options fit a protected, dry wall and no protected brand typography is required.

  • Short approved wording
  • Protected dry interior placement
  • One sign with standard construction options

Best for projects, phases or branches

Scope the full property brand system

Send the master assets, project or site list, quantities, local constraints, destinations and phase dates so the work can be planned as one rollout.

  • Agency, sales-suite and handover sets
  • Launches, handbacks and phased delivery
  • Developers, broker networks and property portfolios
Request a rollout proposal

Use the tailored proposal route for protected logos, storefront glass, outdoor exposure, temporary fit-outs, large work, unusual backing, several signs or multiple sites, even when the visible design contains only text.

Property-journey planning

One property brand. Three different visitor moments.

A storefront or arrival identity, sales-suite focal point and handover or photo wall can share the same brand, but not the same distance, glass condition, lifespan, brightness or framing.

Choose the property moment

Where should the identity do its job?

Planning direction

Storefront & arrival identity

Give the agency or project identity a clear place in the approach sightline while accounting for daylight, glass reflection, doors, architecture, public access and the practical power route.

  • Pedestrian and visitor approach positions
  • Day, evening and angled glass views
  • Door, fixing, backing and cable information
01

Keep the brand hierarchy explicit

Decide whether the organisation, brokerage, development or property name leads. Supporting campaign phrases should not compete from the same viewpoint.

02

Design for the current project phase

A permanent branch, temporary sales suite and relocatable handover wall need different mounting, service, removal and reuse decisions.

03

Keep formal signs separate

Decorative neon may reinforce identity, but addresses, room labels, accessibility, wayfinding, fire, safety and emergency information require their own compliant system.

The lab is a visual planning aid, not a promise of enquiries, visits, reservations, sales, leasing results or camera performance. Decorative LED neon does not replace required address, room identification, accessibility, wayfinding, fire, safety, emergency, egress or statutory signage.

Plan the property signs

Design around the visitor

One property journey. Five moments to plan.

The right sign depends on what the visitor is doing, from recognising the office or development to consulting, touring, receiving and remembering.

Discover

Recognize the office or development

Window logo · entrance identity · project name

Plan around approach direction, viewing distance, daylight, glass, architecture and any exterior exposure.

Enter

Anchor the primary brand

Reception logo · sales-suite identity · short welcome

Work with the desk, visitor sightlines, doors, screens, required information and waiting positions.

Consult

Support the project presentation

Development logo · value line · material-display backdrop

Coordinate the identity with plans, models, screens, consultation views and changeable sales information.

Tour

Select the right feature moment

Model-unit phrase · amenity identity · styled brand wall

Use decorative branding selectively while room labels, rules, accessibility and directions remain separate.

Handover & remember

Compose the repeatable brand scene

Key handover · buyer photo · leasing welcome

Plan for people, camera distance, common crops, finished interiors, background contrast and adjustable brightness.

A multi-touchpoint opportunity

Build a Property Brand Set.

One coordinated brief

Plan arrival recognition, a sales or consultation anchor and a model-unit or handover moment as one coherent project instead of ordering unrelated signs one by one.

01

Be recognized

Storefront or reception identity

Give the visitor approach one clear primary organisation or project brand view sized around the real sightline.

  • Agency, brokerage or development logo
  • Approach, entry and waiting views
  • Glass or wall, dimmer and cable route
02

Be understood

Sales-suite or consultation anchor

Bring the development identity into the decision environment while keeping displays, furniture, screens and changeable information visible in the brief.

  • Development logo or short approved value line
  • Standing and seated visitor viewpoints
  • Mounting, room-light and project-phase plan
03

Be remembered

Model-unit or handover moment

Create a deliberate property-brand scene around people, keys, documents and cameras rather than adding a sign to an empty corner.

  • Short brand phrase or identity
  • Buyer, tenant and camera positions
  • Portrait, landscape and group framing

The set is a planning framework, not a fixed-price bundle. Quantity, dimensions, specification, destinations and delivery phasing are confirmed in the tailored quotation.

For developers, portfolios & broker networks

Keep your brand consistent across locations.

A property rollout needs one approved visual standard plus a project-by-project schedule for the variables that cannot safely be assumed.

Approve one master standard

Lock the neon-ready artwork, colour, backing logic, component split and acceptable variations before multi-site production begins.

Map every property moment

Record each sign’s role (storefront, reception, sales suite, model unit or handover) so quantities and hierarchy remain clear.

Build a project schedule

Track brand version, phase, dimensions, surface, glass, exposure, power route, permission, destination, installer and target date per site.

Validate and phase the rollout

For larger programs, confirm the agreed first unit and then coordinate packing, project labels and delivery phases around the live site schedule.

A site-aware process

The property context stays visible at every stage.

We plan the design, installation and delivery around your space and project schedule.

Brand, property moment & target date

Share the approved artwork, organisation type, sign role, photos, measurements, viewing distance, glass or wall, project phase, power route, quantity, destination and target date.

Visual & technical proposal

Review the neon-ready interpretation, dimensions, component split, backing, indoor or eligible exposed direction, mounting approach, specification and price.

Approve scope & site data

Confirm artwork, installation context, permissions, quantities, destinations and the feasible production and delivery plan before ordering.

Production, tracking & install

The signs are produced, quality checked and shipped with tracking and relevant installation information for the project or property team.

Real estate & property FAQ

Plan identity, sales environments and rollouts with fewer unknowns.

Clear answers for agencies, brokerages, developers, leasing teams, property managers, designers, fit-out partners and project teams.

Can you convert our agency, brokerage or development logo into LED neon?

Usually, yes, but fine details may need to be simplified, separated or combined with printed or engraved acrylic so the identity remains recognisable and manufacturable. Share current brand guidelines and identify protected elements. You approve the proposed interpretation before production.

How do we choose the right size for a storefront, reception or sales-suite sign?

Start with the actual visitor viewpoint, viewing distance, usable installation area, logo proportions, glass, daylight, ambient light, doors, screens, displays, furniture and circulation. Send straight-on and wider approach-route photos with measurements. A wall width alone is not enough.

What files, photos and project information should we send first?

Send the best available logo file in AI, SVG, EPS or PDF format if possible, plus brand guidelines, placement photos in normal light, a wider visitor-route view, usable dimensions, viewing distance, glass or wall, nearest power point, cable direction, project phase, quantity, destination and target date.

Can an LED neon sign be installed behind or on storefront glass?

Some glass projects are possible, but fixing permission, daylight, reflections, viewing direction, visibility from both sides, backing appearance, cable concealment, public contact and exposure must be reviewed. Send day, evening, straight-on and angled photos before choosing the specification.

How should we plan a temporary or rented sales suite?

Declare the planned opening and removal dates, lease or landlord restrictions, drilling permission, wall-finish handback, relocation intent, packing, storage and next use. A temporary project may still need professional mounting and a protected power route; removability is confirmed from the real site and approved proposal.

Can we create a model-unit, amenity or handover photo moment?

Yes. Start with the people and intended use rather than the empty wall. Mark visitor, buyer or tenant positions, key or document handover, camera distance, common portrait and landscape crops, finished interiors, background contrast and ambient light. The preview is only a planning aid; send camera-view test photos.

Can LED neon be used at an exterior property entrance?

Possibly, but the exact weather exposure, shelter, structure, public access, mounting, protected electrical placement and local permissions must be reviewed. Do not assume a standard indoor build is suitable outside. Use the Outdoor Hub and wait for the eligible project specification to be confirmed.

Can we create a storefront, sales-suite and handover set?

Yes. Those three roles can be scoped as one coordinated Property Brand Set. The set on this page is a planning framework, not a fixed-price bundle; final quantities, dimensions, specification, destinations and pricing are confirmed in the quotation.

Can you coordinate signs for several offices, developments or project phases?

Yes. Share the master brand rules, site list, sign-role schedule, artwork versions, quantities, local dimensions, glass or surfaces, exposure, electrical requirements, permissions, destinations, installers and phase dates. We can coordinate visual consistency and delivery phasing while keeping local variables visible.

Can decorative LED neon replace property addresses, wayfinding, accessibility or exit signs?

No. LED neon can support branding and selected decorative cues, but it should not replace required addresses, permanent room identification, accessibility, emergency, fire, safety, egress, wayfinding or statutory information. Formal signage and sightlines must remain clear and comply with the property, project team and applicable local requirements.

Who confirms permissions, mounting and electrical requirements?

The property owner, landlord, developer, fit-out team, relevant consultants and local authorities remain responsible for site permissions and applicable requirements. Share wall or glass construction, mounting restrictions and the intended power route early; large, concealed, ceiling, exterior or unusual installations may require qualified local professionals.

How long will a real estate or property project take?

Timing depends on artwork complexity, size, quantity, component split, indoor or exposed construction, landlord, fit-out or project approvals, destination, approval speed and rollout phasing. Add the opening, launch, installation or handover date to the first brief; the quotation confirms the feasible production and delivery plan before you order.
