Order as early as you can so there is time to review the design, receive the sign and test it before the venue setup. Standard production and delivery usually take approximately 2–3 weeks in total. Express takes 10–12 calendar days and includes priority production plus express delivery.

The production timeline starts after payment. If mockup approval is selected, it starts once the approval step is complete.

You can choose the wording, font, colour, size, backboard and mounting style. We can also work from custom initials, a monogram, invitation artwork, handwriting or another design you have permission to use.

Yes. For a tailored wedding or celebration project, your first mockup, technical drawing and quote are free and prepared within 24 hours. Production begins after you approve the final design and complete the order.

If you request a mockup with your paid online order, we email it within 24–48 hours. Approve it or request changes within 24 hours of that email. If we receive no reply, it is treated as approved and production begins. This deadline is stated in the email.

Yes. You can request changes to the wording, colour, size, layout and other agreed details before production begins. Changes may no longer be possible once the approved sign is in production.

Plan it around the people in the frame, the backdrop colour and the room light. Each sign can include a dimmer with remote control when requested. Ask the photographer or videographer to test the brightness with the real camera settings before guests arrive.

Often, yes, but the backdrop supplier or venue must confirm what weight and fixing method the structure accepts. Send us the backdrop dimensions and approved mounting method before the final design is confirmed.

Yes. Select outdoor use in the Online Design Studio or in the options for a ready-made sign. For a monogram or custom artwork, state that it will be used outdoors when you upload the design.

The outdoor sign is made to an IP67 water-resistant specification. If the adapter will stay indoors, the standard adapter can be used; if it will also be outdoors, an outdoor adapter is required. Dimmers and RGB controllers must remain indoors or suitably protected.

Your sign includes a compatible power adapter and installation instructions. Wall-mounting and hanging kits are generally included; the exact contents depend on the configuration. Choose the mounting option that suits your space. Eligible single-colour signs can include a free dimmer and remote when requested. Stands and acrylic boxes are separate options where available.

Yes. Many couples choose names, initials or a phrase that can move into their home after the celebration. Share the future wall dimensions if you want the size and cable direction to work in both places.

Yes. Standard shipping is free worldwide. Express service is available for an additional charge when a shorter timeline is needed.

Yes. The 2-year warranty starts on the delivery date and covers eligible manufacturing or component faults in the sign and the supplied power adapter, dimmer, remote, RGB controller and outdoor adapter. Incorrect installation, physical damage and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
