Withdraw from your 5V USB order

Open your orders using the email address you used at checkout. Select the relevant order and the 5V USB items you wish to return, then submit the cancellation or return request shown for those items.

Withdraw from a 5V USB order

Opening your orders does not submit a withdrawal. Review and confirm your request in the order screen. You will receive an email acknowledging your submission.

After you submit

We will email the return address and packing instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days of giving your withdrawal notice. Our registered company address is not the return address.
